One or more of our partners acts as an in-house project manager, working side by side with our client's management / investment team. We use our extensive experience and specialist skills to manage all aspects of the transaction. In particular:
- we help to identify and solve key obstacles or problems at an early stage
we assist with the preparation of transaction budgets and help to monitor the costs of the transaction
- we prepare action lists and timetables and work to ensure that the transaction is completed in accordance with the timetable
- we identify when external advisers are required and we assist in appointing these and defining their scope
- we assist with the negotiation of legal agreements and related corporate documents
- we assist with due diligence exercise, restructurings and other key corporate activities
- throughout the transaction we instruct, interface with and supervise all external advisers and provide a central point of contact for parties involved in the transaction
- we help to guide and assist management and other key personnel with the various tasks which need to be performed internally in order to successfully complete the transaction
- we provide general corporate advice throughout the transaction
