Auret van Zyl has more than 10 years experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and joint ventures. Auret has advised on major corporate and financing transactions in the UK, The Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Hong Kong, South Korea and the US in a broad range of sectors, including telecommunications and information technology, banking, real estate, pharmaceuticals, energy and mining. Prior to founding Thirty Eight Degrees, Auret worked as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy in London and Amsterdam, and at Bowman Gilfillan in South Africa.
